This has got to be the weirdest looking little thing you have ever seen, but this slick little gizmo will definitely come to your rescue one day.  With it, you can charge batteries for almost every cell phone, MP3 player, PDA, Digital camera, and the list goes on an on.

Here's how it works.

• Remove the battery from your cell phone, etc.
• Spread the contacts on the universal recharger to match the locations of the plus and minus contacts on the battery.  They will be clearly marked. 
  
• Pinch the device down onto the battery to hold it in place.  The charger will automatically adjust for polarity, so don't worry if you think you have the contacts reversed.
  
• Plug the recharger into a USB port on your computer, or one of the many USB powered devices, adapters and converters that we sell.
• Let the battery charge.  The battery will not overcharge.
  

Look at the pictures for an example of how to attach it to a battery.  I used the battery from my PDA but this will work with any similar battery type.  Some battery contacts are on the end and some on the side.  The Universal Lithium Battery Charger will accommodate both.

Everyone needs at least one of these things!  When I mentioned that to my wife, she replied that she didn't need one because she already has a charger for her cell phone that plugs into the cigarette lighter.  Then, I asked, "What happens if you are out with a friend and their cell phone dies?

She has one in her car now.  :-)

Update: My wife's cell phone battery ran down today and she discovered to her dismay that the charger connector on her phone was broken and she could use neither the wall charger or her car charger.  Boy was she upset!  She went on and on about calling the phone company and getting a new phone but her contract is up in December so she didn't know what to do...blah blah blah.  While she was busy ranting, I calmly removed the battery from her cell phone and hooked it up to one of these universal chargers.  In a very short time, her cell phone battery was charged and ready to go.  Now, she wants to tell everyone about these amazing gizmos because she is now a believer.  She's been baptized into the First Church of the Universal Recharger!
