• Receiving confirmation of an order, either electronically or otherwise, does not signify Flight in Winter's acceptance of the order nor does it affirm confirmation of Flight in Winters’s offer to sell products to you.  Flight in Winter reserves the right at any time after receipt of the order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
  

Low Order Fee

Orders less than $25 are subject to a Low Order Fee of $5.00.  Orders $25 and higher are not subject to this processing fee.

Typographical Errors

Fight in Winter is not responsible for typographical errors or omissions relating to pricing, copy, photos or application.  In the event of a pricing error you will be contacted via e-mail, facsimile or USPS Mail with the corrected pricing information. 

We will accept a delivered item returned for a replacement of the product only, but all shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.  In order for replacements or credits for this item, all of its entire contents must be shipped back in its complete original case and completely intact.  No partial returns will be accepted.

Deposits for pre-order merchandise are non refundable, Flight in Winter is making financial commitments to secure these goods for our customers. In the event of damaged goods, incorrect shipments occur, arrangements and credits will be issued as appropriate.
